Introduction Meeting

Each project commences with an initial meeting with the client to discuss the project in detail and the brief. Here we can discover the client’s style, tastes, aspirations in order to ensure the end product is a true reflection of them. This meeting is followed up with a written proposal outlining the brief as well as proposed guide project budgets.

Concept Proposal

A concept scheme is presented at the first stage of the project. The presentation will consist of CAD preliminary layouts, illustrating the use of the space, as well as any structural alterations. The presentation also includes mood boards to demonstrate fixtures, finishes, fittings and colour schemes. If the scheme requires any planning consents our architectural team will prepare and submit the planning application for approval. Any planning consents will need to be granted before moving to the next stage of the design process.

Detail Design

Once all the items and planning consents from the previous stage have been approved, the project moves to the detail design and specification stage. The project design pack will be costed and submitted to tender.

Procurement

To give our clients best value within the procurement service, all items are supplied with the benefit of discounts as available. A procurement fee is charged to manage every stage of this process which covers costs, delivery negotiation through production, delivery and quality management.

Project Management

Progress of the project is managed and monitored on site on a regular basis and any issues that may arise during the course of the project are resolved in a timely pragmatic manner to ensure the quality and the programme are maintained. We will manage the snagging process to ensure the project is fully delivered according to the specification.
